April Menu

Sun. 1st--Picnic at the Park
Mon. 2nd--Mexi-meat casserole with corn tortillas and cheese
Tues. 3rd--Seder Supper (I'll be posting this tomorrow)
Wed. 4th--Grilled chicken and broccoli salad
Thurs. 5th--Quinoa and Black Beans, Baked pork chops
Fri. 6th--Company--Whole ham, potato salad, green beans, salad
Sat. 7th--Company--pasta salad for a crowd
Sun. 8th--Easter!--Eat Grandaddy's Barbecue Chicken with the family (yum!)
Mon. 9th--Quesadillas with Mexi-meat and cheese. Serve with Guacamole and Chips
Tues. 10th--Avocado Chocolate Pudding (for snack) Reuben Sandwiches for dinner
Mon. 16th--Baked Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal (for b'fast), Roast in Crock Pot with Potatoes, Carrots and Brown Gravy
Tues. 17th--Lentil Chili, corn chips
Wed.18th--Quiche with Brown Rice Crust
Thurs. 19th--Baked whole chicken, rice, veggie
Fri. 20th--Mexi-meat Enchiladas 
Mon. 23rd--Quinoa Salad with Roasted Almonds, Chicken on the grill
Tues. 24th--Ham and pasta salad
Wed. 25th--Chicken and Spinach Rigatoni (substitue Greek yogurt for cream cheese)
Thurs. 26th--Quinoa Muffins (for b'fast)
Fri. 27th--leftovers
Sat. 28th--Walk for Life 9am (really this time) and Baby Shower 7pm--shrimp salad (white rice, salad shrimp, chopped olives, and mayo)
Sun. 29th--Spring Concert--probably eat at church
Mon. 30th--Taco Salad with Mexi Meat
